How it works

You book your consultation appointment or fill out a contact form and we reach out to you to get some basic information about your project.

We meet with you to discuss your project in depth and to determine some basic design preferences.

Remodels: We will send you an initial labor estimate and if design services are required/ requested, we will take a small deposit* to finish design work.
New construction (including accessory structures): We take an initial deposit* to begin basic designs and verify zoning/ permitting requirements in your area.
*deposits are non refundable but will be subtracted from the project total.

Once rough draft plans are finished we will sit down with you again to verify your design preferences after which you will receive a more comprehensive quote for labor and materials (material pricing is dependent on material/ finish preferences and may change based on preferences). At this point we will also discuss any further requirements for your project.

*some new construction projects may require more consultations and additional upfront payments for design work.

Remodels: Upon approving our quote and agreeing to our payment terms (including an upfront deposit), we will acquire all relevant permits and begin work.

New construction: Upon approving our quote and agreeing to our payment terms (including an upfront deposit) we will begin final plans, get any required permits and schedule work to start.

As your project progresses we will take video documentation allowing you to stay tuned in to what is happening on sight when you are not there.

Upon completion of your project and receipt of final payment you will get a personalized thank you package with copies of your invoices and any project related paperwork as well as some resources and recommendations for homeowners.​​
